Job Description
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of inventory levels, stock movements, and shipments.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and transporters for timely delivery and dispatch of goods.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Supervise and guide warehouse staff to ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Implement and maintain proper storage methods to ensure optimal utilization of space and product safety.
- Monitor warehouse equipment and infrastructure, ensuring maintenance and safety standards are met.
- Support in planning and managing stock replenishment and space optimization.
- Handle documentation related to inbound and outbound shipments, including invoices, delivery notes, and compliance reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and regulatory requirements within the warehouse environment.
- Assist in preparing reports on inventory, logistics, and other operational metrics for management review
