We are looking for a highly organized and responsible Warehouse Manager / Associates to oversee our inventory, packing, and dispatch operations. The role involves managing stock accuracy, supervising packing workflow, ensuring timely dispatch, and maintaining smooth warehouse functioning. This position is essential for maintaining operational efficiency and product quality.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate records of all stock—receipts, storage, movement, and dispatch.
• Monitor stock levels, identify shortages, and coordinate replenishment.
• Conduct periodic stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and categorization of sarees and textile items.
• Update inventory data regularly in Excel / ERP / inventory software.

Warehouse Operations

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, organization, and dispatch.
• Optimize warehouse layout to ensure smooth workflow and space utilization.
• Ensure the safe handling of products to prevent damage or loss.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and proper storage conditions.

Packing & Dispatch

• Supervise the packing team to ensure correct packing, folding, and quality presentation of sarees.
• Standardize packing guidelines to maintain brand consistency.
• Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of orders to clients, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for smooth shipments.
• Check packed orders for accuracy before dispatch.

Team Management

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff; assign tasks and monitor productivity.
• Train new workers on packing standards, warehouse protocols, and safety measures.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth team functioning.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily/weekly inventory and dispatch reports.
• Track inward/outward stock movement accurately.
• Inform management of discrepancies, damaged goods, or operational bottlenecks.

🎯 Qualifications & Skills

Required

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (preferred).
• 0-2 years of experience in warehouse management, packing supervision, or inventory control.
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting for stock, Excel, and inventory management tools.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle fast-paced operations and meet dispatch deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience in textile, saree, apparel, or FMCG warehouses.
• Knowledge of barcode systems, stock tracking, and ERP tools.
• Ability to improve warehouse processes and reduce operational errors.
