Warehouse Executive

Job Summary

The Meat Warehouse Staff is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching meat products while maintaining hygiene, accurate stock control, and timely ordering from vendors. The role ensures smooth warehouse operations and consistents compliance with food safety standards.

• Key Responsibilities
• Inventory & Stock ControlReceive, check, and record incoming meat products from suppliers
• Monitor stock levels and expiry dates to minimize waste
• Organize and store meat products according to temperature and safety requirements
• Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies
• Ordering & Vendor Coordination
• Prepare and place orders with vendors based on stock requirements
• Create and send Purchase Orders (POs) to approved suppliers
• Follow up with vendors on delivery schedules and order accuracy
• Dispatch to Shop
• Pick, pack, and send stock to the shop according to daily or weekly requirements
• Ensure correct quantities and product quality before dispatch
• Maintain records of stock issued to the shop
• Warehouse Cleaning & Maintenance
• Clean and sanitize the warehouse, equipment, and storage areas daily
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
• Properly dispose of waste and spoiled products
• Reshelving & Organization
• Re-stack and reorganize warehouse stock for efficient access
• Label products clearly with dates and batch information
• Maintain a tidy, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment
• Skills & Requirements
• Experience in a meat warehouse, cold storage, or food handling (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to handle heavy lifting and work in cold environments
• Basic record-keeping and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team

• May require early mornings, weekends, or shift work
