Warehouse Executive

Role PurposeResponsible for overall warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, dispatch, safety, and coordination with procurement, projects, and logistics teams.

• Key Responsibilities1. Warehouse OperationsManage day-to-day warehouse activities smoothly and efficiently
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stacking of materials
• Maintain cleanliness, layout, and discipline within the warehouse
• 2. Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate stock records (GRN, issue, return, balance)
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation
• Monitor minimum stock levels and report shortages/excess
• 3. Material Receiving & DispatchVerify materials received against PO, invoice, and delivery challan
• Coordinate loading/unloading and ensure damage-free handling
• Issue materials as per approved indent / authorization
• 4. Documentation & ReportingMaintain stock registers, bin cards, inward/outward records
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and consumption reports
• Coordinate with accounts for documentation and audit support
• 5. Safety & ComplianceEnsure safe material handling and storage practices
• Enforce PPE usage and warehouse safety norms
• Prevent pilferage, damage, and material loss
• 6. Coordination & ControlCoordinate with procurement, site/project teams, and transporters
• Supervise warehouse helpers, loaders, and security (if any)
• Ensure timely material availability for projects
• AuthorityControl inward/outward movement of materials
• Assign duties to warehouse staff
• Reject damaged or non-conforming materials (with reporting)
