Job Overview

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse & Operations Executive to manage inventory, logistics, and distribution for our pet store and veterinary supply operations. The candidate will ensure smooth stock handling, timely deliveries, and proper maintenance of warehouse safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of pet food, accessories, medicines, and veterinary supplies.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of pet medicines and temperature-sensitive products.
• Maintain stock levels and coordinate with store and clinic teams for timely replenishment.
• Implement warehouse operational policies and maintain organized storage systems.
• Ensure safe handling and proper usage of warehouse equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the warehouse.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate warehouse staff and helpers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, billing support, and documentation.
• Monitor fleet vehicles used for product deliveries and ensure proper maintenance.
• Assist in delivery coordination and occasionally support last-mile delivery when required.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience in warehouse, retail, or pet industry operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of pet products, pet food, and veterinary medicines is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Ability to maintain records and use basic computer software for stock tracking.
• Good team management and communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse activities.
