Warehouse Staff

• Job Title: Warehouse Staff
• Reporting to: Warehouse Supervisor
• Location: Company Warehouse
• Working Hours & Shifts: Regular shift / Shift-based (subject to company policy; must be able to work overtime or flexible hours during peak seasons)
• Salary Range: Negotiable based on skills and experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for receiving goods, tallying, and inbound processing to ensure quantities match the documents.
• Arrange storage locations and store goods according to company policies, maintaining an orderly warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch goods according to delivery orders, ensuring accurate and on-time delivery.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods; operate basic handling equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts) when necessary.
• Maintain and update inventory records, cooperate with regular or irregular stocktakes, and report any discrepancies.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse area, strictly following the company's safety regulations and SOPs.
• Immediately report any cargo damage, shortages, or abnormalities to the supervisor and assist in handling them.
• Assist with other temporary tasks related to warehousing and logistics as instructed by the supervisor.
• Possess basic English reading and writing skills to handle English documents and email correspondence.

Qualifications:

• High school / vocational school diploma (or equivalent) or above.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or related fields; candidates without experience but willing to learn are also welcome.
• Basic numerical skills and attention to detail, capable of accurately counting and recording.
• Candidates with relevant licenses for operating forklifts are preferred.
• Physically fit, able to lift items of a certain weight, and capable of standing for long periods.
• Basic sense of discipline and responsibility; able to comply with company rules and work as a team.

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic computer skills; able to use simple Excel or warehouse management systems for data entry.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
• Strong sense of time management; able to meet work schedules and dispatch deadlines.
