Warehouse Operations Manager

oles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end Same-Day Delivery operations (60-min/2-hour), including inbound, outbound, and inventory management across Bangalore dark stores.
• Ensure adherence to all operational SLAs, including manpower planning, rostering, training, COD handling, and employee engagement.
• Lead and motivate store teams (pickers, packers, ATL/TLs, riders) to achieve performance and productivity targets.
• Drive efficient daily store operations to ensure optimal inventory flow and high client satisfaction.
• Implement effective strategies for stock control, receiving, sorting, storage, dispatch, and shipment tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze operational data to identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
