Warehouse Supervisor

Job Overview: We are hiring a Warehouse Manager / Supervisor to handle daily warehouse operations including GRN, inventory management, dispatch, and logistics coordination. The candidate should be hands-on and capable of managing end-to-end warehouse activities efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities

• Handling GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and inward material entry
• Supervising inbound & outbound dispatch operations
• Ensuring quality check & quantity verification of incoming goods
• Proper racking and storage of materials in the warehouse
• Managing daily dispatch planning and execution
• Coordinating with transporters and booking autos / vehicles for delivery
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock movement
• Ensuring proper packing, loading, and unloading processes
• Monitoring warehouse staff and ensuring smooth operations
• Maintaining cleanliness and discipline in the warehouse

• Requirements

• Experience in warehouse operations / inventory management
• Knowledge of GRN, dispatch processes, and stock handling
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / billing/ inventory software)
• Good coordination and team handling skills
• Physically active and able to manage on-ground work
• Experience: 2–5 years preferred in warehouse / logistics role
