Warehouse Supervisor

Role Overview:

Responsible for handling in-store sales, customer assistance, and daily warehouse operations including inventory, packing, and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in customers and close sales
• Handle billing and basic POS operations
• Receive, store, and manage inventory
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
• Coordinate with courier partners
• Maintain stock records and store cleanliness

Requirements:

• 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Experience in retail sales or warehouse operations is an advantage
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Physically fit and disciplined
