Warehouse Team Leader

Role Summary:The Operations Team Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end dark store operations, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, manpower productivity, and adherence to SOPs to meet service level commitments.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day dark store operations including picking, packing, dispatch, and rider coordination
• Ensure SLA adherence for order processing and last-mile dispatch
• Lead, train, and monitor in-store staff and delivery partners
• Plan manpower as per order volumes and peak-hour requirements
• Ensure inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and reduce short picks
• Monitor hygiene, safety, and store discipline as per company standards
• Ensure daily COD collection, deposition, and reporting with zero variance
• Conduct regular in-store audits and ensure compliance with SOPs
• Coordinate with central teams (Ops, Supply Chain, City Ops, Security)
• Handle escalations related to customers, riders, and internal teams
• Drive productivity improvement and cost control initiatives
• Eligibility & Skills:Graduate / Diploma (mandatory)
• 1–4 years of experience in Dark Store, Warehouse, E-commerce, or Quick Commerce operations
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Basic working knowledge of Excel and operational dashboards
• Ability to work in shifts and handle high-pressure environments
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Prior experience in Quick Commerce / Dark Store operations
• Hands-on approach with strong execution focus
• Willingness to work on weekends and during peak periods
