Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse OperationsManage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of materials.
  • Coordinate with logistics, vendors, and internal teams for timely movement of goods.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse.
  • Inventory ManagementMonitor stock levels and conduct regular physical stock audits.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Track damaged, expired, or slow-moving inventory and report accordingly.
  • Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Notes) and dispatch documentation.
  • Advanced Excel & ReportingMaintain and update inventory trackers using Advanced Excel.
  • Create and manage:

  • Pivot Tables
  • VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
  • IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS
  • Data Validation & Conditional Formatting
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse & inventory reports.
  • Analyze stock movement, aging, and consumption trends.
