Job Title: Graphic Designer & Web Marketing Tools Specialist (Digital & Print)

Location: Bangalore, India

About Us: We are looking for a highly creative designer who understands the aesthetic of the spiritual and mindful living space. This role will be the visual voice of AnanthaLiving.com, responsible for all digital creative assets that drive marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media & Ad Creative: Design high-performing, scroll-stopping visual content for all digital channels, including Instagram posts, Stories, Carousels, and engaging creatives for paid advertisements (Facebook/Google).
• E-commerce Merchandising: Design website banners, landing page hero images, and promotional graphics that align with current campaigns and brand aesthetics.
• Email & Marketing Assets: Create visually cohesive and beautiful graphics for email marketing (e.g., newsletters, promotions) and design PDFs/lead magnets for content marketing efforts.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual materials strictly adhere to the AnanthaLiving.com brand guidelines, maintaining a serene, elegant, and intentional look and feel.
• Photography & Retouching: Collaborate on or execute product photography and perform high-quality image editing and retouching for the website and marketing materials.
• Design Tool Proficiency: Utilize design software effectively to create both raster and vector graphics, ensuring files are optimized for web performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within the lifestyle, fashion, or spiritual/wellness niche.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma/Canva.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a clean, modern, and emotionally evocative design aesthetic.
• Proven ability to design for different web marketing tools and formats (e.g., email templates, social dimensions, website overlays).
• Excellent sense of typography, color theory, and composition relevant to a high-end lifestyle brand.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
