Job Title: Welder / Fitter

Job Overview:

We are looking for experienced Welders, Fitters, and Helpers to support roofing work and general fabrication activities. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in welding, metal fabrication, and onsite installation.

• Key Responsibilities:Perform welding and fitting tasks for roofing structures and general fabrication work
• Measure, cut, and assemble metal components as per requirements
• Assist in installing roofs, frames, and structural supports
• Operate welding equipment, hand tools, and fabrication machinery safely
• Support senior welders/fitters in day-to-day tasks (for helper role)
• Ensure quality standards and follow safety protocols at all times
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in good condition
• Requirements:Experience in welding/fitting or general fabrication work (for helpers, basic experience is acceptable)
• Ability to read measurements and follow instructions
• Knowledge of roofing structures and fabrication processes is an advantage
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights when required
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
