Job OverviewWe are looking for skilled and hardworking Fabricators, Metal Grinders, and Welders to join our team. The candidate should have experience in metal fabrication, welding, grinding, and finishing work. The role involves working with metal frames, structures, and equipment components, ensuring strong welds and high-quality finishing.

Candidates must be physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work with fabrication tools and machines safely.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform metal fabrication work as per drawings or instructions
• Carry out MIG / ARC welding for metal structures and components
• Use grinding machines to smooth welds and metal surfaces
• Cut, shape, and assemble metal parts and frames
• Ensure proper finishing and quality of fabricated products
• Maintain clean and safe working conditions in the workshop
• Handle fabrication tools, welding machines, and grinding equipment safely
• Assist the team in assembling fabricated components
• Follow company safety standards and supervisor instructions
• Skills RequiredKnowledge of welding techniques (ARC / MIG welding preferred)
• Experience in metal fabrication and grinding
• Ability to read basic fabrication drawings (preferred but not mandatory)
• Knowledge of fabrication tools and workshop equipment
• Good attention to detail and finishing work
• Experience1 – 5 years experience preferred
• Freshers with basic welding or fabrication knowledge may also apply
