Job DescriptionSyrow Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Workforce Management (WFM) Executive with strong data management and analytical skills.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in either MIS or WFM, demonstrating accuracy, ownership, and attention to detail in managing reports, workforce metrics, and performance analysis.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage workforce scheduling, attendance, and adherence.

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• 
  
• Track performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency.
• 
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workforce planning and forecasting.
• 
  
• Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports.
• 
  
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in MIS or WFM roles (preferably in a BPO or service industry).
• 
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
• 
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• 
  
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines.
