Job Title: Workshop Manager – Multi-Brand Car Service Center

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Salary: ₹33,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Fixed)

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in automobile service industry

Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to manage and run a multi-brand car service center independently. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and excellent customer-handling ability.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of the multi-brand car service center.
• Handle customer interactions, understand vehicle issues, and provide proper guidance.
• Prepare job cards, cost estimations, and explain repairs to customers.
• Get repair approvals from customers and ensure timely job completion.
• Supervise technicians and ensure quality workmanship.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and service timelines.
• Handle parts procurement, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience as a Workshop Manager / Service Manager in a car service center.
• Strong knowledge of multi-brand car servicing and repairs.
• Must be able to manage the workshop independently.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Language skills required:

• Working knowledge of Tamil
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Basic computer knowledge for billing and reporting.
