YouTube Video Editor & Social Media Creative Executive

Job Overview:-

Narayan International Training and Consulting Private Limited is looking for a young and creative professional with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in YouTube video editing, reel creation, creative designing, and social media handling. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital content, trends, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:-

• 🎥 Video Editing & Reels Edit YouTube videos (long & short format) with engaging visuals
• Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos
• Add effects, transitions, captions, background music, and branding elements

Creative Design

• Design thumbnails, posters, banners, and social media creatives
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms

📱 Social Media Management

• Post content regularly on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook & other platforms
• Handle basic engagement (comments, likes, shares)
• Support content planning and posting schedules
• Stay updated with social media trends and formats

Required Skills & Tools

• 1–2 years of experience in video editing & social media content
• Working knowledge of:
• Filmora (mandatory)
• CorelDRAW / Canva / Photoshop (any one preferred)
• Understanding of YouTube & Instagram algorithms
• Creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling skills
• Basic knowledge of audio syncing, color correction & subtitles

Eligibility

• Young professional with 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Freshers with strong portfolios may also be considered
• Must be willing to work from office (HSR Layout, Bangalore)
