Zoho Associate- Implementation

Job Overview:  

We are looking for experienced Zoho Associates who have hands-on expertise in Zoho implementation and customization. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge along with functional understanding of business processes.

Key Responsibilities:  

• End-to-end Zoho implementation and deployment
• Requirement gathering and solution design based on client needs
• Customization using Deluge scripting
• Integration of Zoho applications with third-party tools
• User training, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support
• Data migration and workflow automation

Role-Specific Requirements:  

1. Zoho CRM Expert:

• Strong experience in Zoho CRM setup, workflows, blueprints
• Lead management, sales pipeline automation
• CRM integrations and reporting

2. Zoho People & Payroll Expert:

• Hands-on experience in Zoho People and Payroll modules
• Attendance, leave, payroll processing, compliance understanding
• Employee lifecycle management

3. Zoho Books Expert:

• Expertise in Zoho Books implementation
• GST, invoicing, reconciliation, financial reporting
• Integration with banking/payment systems

Skills Required:  

• Strong experience in Zoho Suite
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting (must-have)
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking

• Immediate joiners preferred
• Candidates must be based in Bengaluru only
