Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Identify and nurture business opportunities with new and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the Roofing sheet or Steel manufacturing industry.( min 2 years experience )
  • Strong understanding of the machine manufacturing market and customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
