Recruiting: Attracts, evaluates and hires a broad and diverse pool of campus and experienced talent.

Business Partners: Advises leaders and empowers managers to unlock the potential of their talent; harmonizes divisional and HCM perspectives to deliver best-in-class and commercial people solutions.

HCM Operations: Manages human capital operations and firmwide employee data, across all elements of the employee lifecycle from hire to retire; governs and manages HCM data, systems and vendors 

Firmwide Compensation: Designs compensation programs that inspire our people to perform at the highest levels to achieve our business strategy.

Benefits and Wellness: Delivers programs to enhance the health, wellness and performance of our people and to support them and their families. Learning: Designs curricula to strengthen our culture, accelerate transitions and drive growth - through Goldman Sachs University and Pine Street.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES

Learning the day to day of the team you join and aim to be an SME in the space eventually

Ensure accurate and confidential handling of data while supporting complying to internal controls, policies and procedures

Leverage strong communication and relationship-building skills while interacting with other areas of the firm and professionals across the globe

Solve complex problems to identify best in class and commercial people solutions that improve organization effectiveness 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business management/Administration, Psychology, or a related field

Impeccable attention to detail, problem solving skills and quantitative aptitudeA flexible and nimble approach to work and high degree of personal and professional ethics and integrity

A team-oriented person who is able to work with and complement other individuals in working toward and accomplishing a common set of goals

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to coordinate and interact effectively with internal clients, global colleagues and seniormanagementInquisitive, enthusiastic self starter with a strong analytical mind-set

About the program

Our New Analyst Program is a full-time program for final year undergraduate and graduate students. As a new analyst, you will learn about our businesses, develop important relationships, and build career-enhancing skills.

As a participant, you will:

• Learn about the firm and how we do business
• Gain the skills and knowledge necessary to support our businesses
• Have unlimited access to the training and guidance to help you prepare for the next level
• Build your professional network and interact with colleagues across the firm
