JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Gaining an understanding of the dynamics of the processes, risk management and control framework including identifying and mitigating risk appropriately

Gaining in-depth understanding of all asset classes on how they are traded, processed, and calculated

Performing day-to-day functions of the Operations teams and delivering high standards of client experience

Ensure accuracy and high quality of work while escalating outstanding exceptions/issues to relevant stakeholders

Analyzing large amounts of data relating to Operations processes and presenting them in a visual format that provides transparency in to key risk indicators

Identify opportunities and partner with relevant stakeholders on the idea formation and plans for process improvement

Implementation of projects, controls, and procedures standards for the team

Develop knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and capabilities to facilitate business, increase efficiencies,
improve processes/controls and enrich client experience.

Supporting projects ensuring compliance and adherence with existing regulations

About the program

Our New Analyst Program is a full-time program for final year undergraduate and graduate students. As a new analyst, you will learn about our businesses, develop important relationships, and build career-enhancing skills.

As a participant, you will:
