JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver competitive advantage; design and implement governance framework Risk Management, Reporting & Governance, Comprehensive Reporting Packages.
• Provide curated insights & analytics for better decision-making & actionable information
• Drive & achieve operational efficiencies, change management with the diversification of our business mix
• Stabilize the core Spend Management Infrastructure
• Drive the transformation roadmap to ensure business value and accelerated and deeper adoption of that same infrastructure
• To implement systems, processes and controls enabling accurate budget and invoice line-item validation against contract, guidelines, or inventory
• Promote a cost savings culture through education of our vendors and stakeholders of firm expectations
• Craft and refine AI prompts to generate high-quality, relevant, and insightful content for financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making.

About the program

Our Summer Analyst Program is a nine to ten week summer internship for students pursuing a bachelors / graduate degree. You will be fully immersed in our day-to-day activities.

As a participant, you will:

• Attend orientation where you’ll learn about our culture, as well as the benefits and responsibilities of being a member of the firm
• Receive training designed to help you succeed
• Have the opportunity to work on real responsibilities alongside fellow interns and our people
