JOB RESPONSIBILITES

• Learning the day to day of the team you join and aim to be an SME in the space eventually
• Ensure accurate and confidential handling of data while supporting complying to internal controls, policies and procedures
• Leverage strong communication and relationship-building skills while interacting with other areas of the firm and professionals across the globe
• Solve complex problems to identify best in class and commercial people solutions that improve organization effectiveness 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business management/Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Impeccable attention to detail, problem solving skills and quantitative aptitudeA flexible and nimble approach to work and high degree of personal and professional ethics and integrity
• A team-oriented person who is able to work with and complement other individuals in working toward and accomplishing a common set of goals
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to coordinate and interact effectively with internal clients, global colleagues and seniormanagement
• Inquisitive, enthusiastic self starter with a strong analytical mind-set
  

About the program

Our Summer Analyst Program is a nine to ten week summer internship for students pursuing a bachelors / graduate degree. You will be fully immersed in our day-to-day activities.

As a participant, you will:

• Attend orientation where you’ll learn about our culture, as well as the benefits and responsibilities of being a member of the firm
• Receive training designed to help you succeed
• Have the opportunity to work on real responsibilities alongside fellow interns and our people
