Job Description

1. Hands on experience in creating Work Instructions /Work Plans/Process Plans with thorough understanding of Aircraft Components/Assemblies build sequence using DELMIA DM tool on the 3DExperience platform. 
2. Hands on experience in MBOM, PBOM, RBOM & Construction Planning 
3. Should have thorough understanding of Aircraft Components/Assemblies build sequence  
4. Should have sound understanding of Engineering Drawings, EBOM & MBOM, Task List, Build/Routing Sequence, Process Flow and Producibility checks 
5. Should be familiar with DWS (Detail Work Statement) creation, business case preparation and process planning standardization 
6. Must have very good working experience in DELMIA DM tool 3DX platform and CATIA V5 tool experience 
7. Coordinate with cross functional groups including Design, Materials & Process Engineering. 
8. Understand the scope of work and methodology, work with offshore teams, handle queries, and resolve issues. 
9. Experience in DELMIA 3DX, CATIA V5, ENOVIA, Google suite, etc  
10. Good understanding of system integration with ERP/MES (SAP, Oracle, etc.).  

 

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering and at least 4-6 years of Product engineering.
