Account Executive

We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. Job duties include working closely with our accounting auditor team on day to day basis. Process accounts payable, receivable, manage invoices, tax payments, payment followups, Payment due followup, daily sales records, daily expenses, Vendor invoices cross checking, vendor invoice matching with contract rates, & maintaining records as per auditor.. Our ideal candidate should have accounts knowledge & followed by TALLY and is familiar with accounting software. Ultimately, the Bookkeeper’s responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company. Responsibilities and Duties: Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, general ledger & bank statements. Enter data, maintain records and lunch reports and financial statements Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner Bookkeeper job duties include working closely with our accounting auditor team on day to day basis.
