Account Executive

1) GST Filling & verification & other related activities to GST.

2) Internal - Project / Service / AMC - DC Creation & Material dispatch.

3) Internal - Project Material Return Accountability. 

4) Invoice submission for Project, Service & AMC with necessary DC, Reports & PO.

5) Payment follow up (Weekly once, Pending Payment statement preparation).

6) RMA Activity (PI, Invoice, Payment, Testing, Return Materials).

7) 100% Purchase invoice entry with Material verification.

8) Monthly Purchase Ledger verification before 15th of every month.

9) Quarterly physical stock statement verification (Mandatory).
