Accountant

*REQUIREMENT:* 

Minimum 2 years experience working as an accountant.

Minimum 2 years experience working on *Tally ERP software*.

*Roles and Responsibilities:*

*Transaction Recording:

Record daily transactions such as sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in ledgers or accounting software.

*Bank Reconciliation:

Reconcile bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies.

*Accounts Payable and Receivable:

Manage and process invoices from vendors.

Track and record payments made to suppliers and received from customers.

*Payroll Processing:

Process employee payroll, including calculating wages, withholding taxes, and managing benefits.

Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.

*Expense Tracking:

Monitor and categorize business expenses.

Prepare expense reports and assist with expense reimbursements.

*Financial Record Maintenance:

Maintain organized financial records and documentation.

Ensure records are complete and accessible for audits or reviews.

*Basic Financial Reports:

Generate basic financial reports such as income statements and balance sheets.

Assist accountants with data needed for more detailed financial analysis.

*Compliance with Policies:

Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures.

Help prepare documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
