Accountant Cum Office Assistant

Media Capital is a leading company in audio-video equipment sales and system integration, with over 15 years of experience serving clients across India. We are currently looking for an Accountant for our Bangalore branch office.

We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Executive to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our showroom. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting practices and capable of handling various billing and compliance tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage invoicing and billing processes
• Handle monthly GST filing and ensure statutory compliance
• Prepare and manage waybills
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records
• Follow up on payments and maintain customer/vendor ledgers
• Coordinate with external accountants if needed

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in Zoho Books or any other billing/accounting software
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST regulations
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Good communication skills
