Accounting Finance Operations - Process Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compute and record monthly revenue accurately.
  • Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a monthly basis.
  • Pass month-end accrual entries and ensure timely book closure.
  • Maintain fixed asset register, including additions, deletions, and depreciation tracking.
  • Prepare monthly cash flow statements and monitor fund flow.
  • Compute statutory dues (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.) and ensure timely payments and filings.
  • Prepare schedules and supporting documents for statutory audits.
  • Support internal audits and assist in key control testing.
  • Perform periodic reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer, and GL accounts).
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Typically requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts.
  • Develops competence by performing structured work assignments.
  • Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others.
  • Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience
  • Bachelors / MBA in Accounting and Finance
