Job Summary:
You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build, and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud–led initiatives, supported by Service Cloud where required, to help enhance business performance, sales effectiveness, and customer engagement across the revenue lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities: As part of these, you will drive, lead the workstream or the consulting team in the following:
- Business processes and Salesforce platform knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of sales and revenue-focused business processes including Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity Management, Forecasting, Quote-to-Cash, Account & Territory Management, and Sales Performance Management. Working knowledge of Service Cloud capabilities to support post-sales and customer engagement scenarios. Strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and customization. - Industry best practices:
Expertise in how Salesforce Sales Cloud can drive sales transformation, pipeline visibility, seller productivity, and revenue growth using standard platform capabilities, automation, analytics, and AI-driven features including Agentforce. Ability to position Service Cloud as an enabler where required. - Bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions:
Ability to analyze complex sales and revenue challenges and design scalable Salesforce solutions by leveraging Sales Cloud features, declarative automation, integrations, and AI capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes. - Understanding of business language:
Ability to work with client stakeholders including Sales Leadership, Business Teams, and IT to shape end-to-end Salesforce solutions, translate business requirements into user stories, functional designs, and feature backlogs that can be executed by delivery teams. - Assets, Solutions and POVs:
Contribute towards building Salesforce Sales Cloud–centric assets, accelerators, solution templates, and industry POVs related to sales transformation, revenue operations, AI-assisted selling, and Agentforce-enabled sales use cases.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in consulting roles such as solution demonstrations, requirement gathering, functional design, and solution workshops within the Salesforce ecosystem, with strong focus on Sales Cloud implementations.
- skills in managing stakeholder expectations and effectively addressing issues and risks to ensure successful Salesforce Sales Cloud–led projects.
- Apply strong Business Analysis skills with focus on analyzing and redesigning Sales processes to improve pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, seller productivity, and customer engagement. Limited but relevant exposure to Service processes is acceptable.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud features such as Leads, Opportunities, Forecasting, Sales Processes, Automation (Flows), Reports & Dashboards, CPQ exposure (where applicable), and AI capabilities including Agentforce for sales insights and recommendations.
- Working familiarity with Service Cloud features such as Case Management and basic Service workflows is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with specific industry requirements such as Financial Services, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Energy & Utilities, etc., and the ability to apply this knowledge to Sales Cloud–driven Salesforce solutions.
- Familiarity with sales experience design, including customer and seller journey mapping, sales process optimization, and user research.
- Exposure to pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimations, demos, and proposal support, with a strong willingness to develop further in this area.
Additional Information:
- MBA from a tier 1 institute.
- 4–8 years of experience in Salesforce CRM platform domain with strong hands-on experience in Sales Cloud implementations and supporting Service Cloud where required, including exposure to Industry Clouds such as Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, Energy & Utilities Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Working knowledge or implementation exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities including Einstein features and Agentforce, particularly for sales use cases, will be preferred.
- Implementation experience in Einstein Analytics / CRM Analytics will be preferred.
- Effective communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Must have strong business analysis, data analysis, Excel, and presentation skills.
- Required SFDC certifications: Salesforce Administrator (required) and Sales Cloud Consultant (required). Service Cloud Consultant certification is good to have.
- Desired at least one certification from Industry Clouds such as Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, Energy & Utilities Cloud, or Data Cloud.
