Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to reconcile physical inventory with accounting records in a timely manner.
  • Generate inventory reports and analyze data to support decision-making and optimize stock levels.
  • Identify and report discrepancies, obsolete items, or slow-moving stock to management for corrective action.

Claims Processing

  • Manage claims and disputes from customers or vendors related to billing, payments, or service issues.
  • Investigate discrepancies thoroughly and resolve claims promptly and professionally.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth resolution and minimize financial exposure.

Administrative Support

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the finance team, including filing, document organization, and record maintenance.
  • Prepare documents, perform data entry, and assist with compliance-related tasks as required.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

Documentation & Logistics Support

  • Willing to travel for documentation tasks, courier deliveries/collections, and other offsite coordination as required.
  • Ensure proper handling, submission, tracking, and safe custody of documents and packages.

Sales Support

  • Collect and distribute sales team requirements and ensure clear, timely communication across teams.
  • Prepare, maintain, and manage regular sales reports, tracking key performance metrics and providing actionable insights.
  • Assist in streamlining reporting processes and ensure data accuracy for management review.

Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Support

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and controls.
  • Support cross-functional coordination to help achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure integrity and accuracy of all financial and operational data.
