Administrative Business Partner, Trust and Safety

Minimum qualifications:

  • 2 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment working on administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination,etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
  • Knowledge of process, project and program management theory and practices, with the ability to apply them when solving operational issues.
  • Ability to act as a focal point of contact for other departments and external suppliers, managing confidential information as necessary.
  • Ability to build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule, maintain, and update calendar events, with some guidance. Prepare meetings for the executive or team with some guidance.  
  • Execute expense management activities with some guidance. 
  • Plan and organize internal and external programs and events and manage event logistics in collaboration with internal partners and external vendors. 
  • Complete travel coordination tasks with some guidance.
  • Coordinate duties for multiple offices, closely collaborating with the Trust and Safety (T&S) site leads. Travel to T&S sites as needed.
