Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related field. - Proven experience of 5+ years in Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and its integration with analytics tools. - Demonstrated ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication skills to present insights and strategies to stakeholders. - Proven track record of driving business decisions through data-driven insights. Good to have skills: JavaScript, SQL, Data Visualization, Tag Management Systems, Web Analytics Tools • Knowledge of more than one technology • Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals • Knowledge of Testing tools • Knowledge of agile methodologies • Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects • Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes • Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements • Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills • Good understanding of the technology and domain • Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles and modelling methods • Awareness of latest technologies and trends • Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills - Lead the implementation and management of Adobe Analytics, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting. - Analyze customer journey data to derive insights and recommendations for optimizing user experience. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytics requirements and deliver actionable insights. - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators. - Mentor and guide junior team members in analytics best practices.
