Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field. - Proven experience of 5+ years in Adobe Workfront. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with WorkFusion and other automation tools. - Track record of successfully leading technology projects. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices. Good to have skills: Project Management, Agile Methodologies, Team Leadership, System Audits, Performance Assessment. • Knowledge of more than one technology • Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals • Knowledge of Testing tools • Knowledge of agile methodologies • Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects • Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes • Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements • Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills • Good understanding of the technology and domain • Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles and modelling methods • Awareness of latest technologies and trends • Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage Adobe Workfront implementations and optimizations. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs. - Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. - Provide training and support to team members, enhancing their skills in Adobe Workfront. - Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement.
