Job Title: Advanced Analytics Senior Analyst

Location: Bangalore

Business & Team: Business Bank (BB) offer a wide range of services and solutions to our small to medium, enterprise customers and our regional and agribusiness customers. We also take care of our personal and institutional online trading customers.

Your business acumen and technical knowhow will be the crucial mechanism to bring the vision of our stakeholders to reality. You will be working with both our business and technical stakeholders to understand and challenge their goals, advise on approach and ensure the most optimal solution is implemented for different projects.

Responsibilities:

• Using your business acumen, you will translate complex business requirements and objectives into technical briefings.

• You will synthesize qualitative and quantitative data and facts from various sources to identify relationships and patterns, drawing logical conclusions about customer needs and how best to meet them.

• You will present ideas or analysis to senior stakeholders with strong recommendations.

• Adhere to the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people

• Fostering a culture of continuous learning by encouraging the team to consistently apply and demonstrate the same.

Essential Skills:

• 7+ years of experience.

• Naturally curious and proactive analytics professional with deep technical expertise.

• Advanced SQL expertise.

• Working collaboratively with the Product teams to develop and deliver actionable insights that help to drive the business objectives.

• Challenge assumptions and proposed solutions to drive the quality of the final solution.

• Deliver to deadlines by managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment

• Familiar with statistical and machine learning methods.

• Able to identify AI opportunities and apply analytics while meeting regulatory requirements.

Education Qualification:

• B.E. or B.Tech. or equivalent or post-graduate degree in Computer Applications or IT or Business Administration.
