Position Summary

• Maintain and manage Enterprise applications (Jira Cloud Enterprise/Premium, Jira Data Center, Manage Engine and qTest).
• Provide and revoke the application access.
• Create the customised projects based up on the Team requirements.
• Write automations or Script listeners Using Groovy or Python
• Build the customisation reports for Management.
• Evaluate additional add-ons and Install in the applications.
• Agile management and administration and Portfolio management and administration.

Proactively monitor applications for security and performance issues.
