Advisor, Application Delivery

Summary

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in full lifecycle implementation, upgrades, and production support of PeopleSoft Financials applications. The ideal candidate will have in-depth functional knowledge across core finance modules, strong business process understanding, and hands-on experience in integrations, data migration, and user enablement. This role requires active engagement with business stakeholders, solution design leadership, and guidance through ERP best practices. Work independently as well as with team on PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 application with People Tools 8.56 or higher tools version.

Your role in our mission

Project Lifecycle Management
Lead and support end‑to‑end PeopleSoft Financials initiatives including upgrades, rollouts, and ongoing maintenance. Contribute across all phases of the project lifecycle such as requirement gathering, solution design, conference room pilots, system configuration, functional and integration testing, UAT coordination, data conversion and migration, user training, cutover preparation, and post‑production support.

Functional Expertise
Provide comprehensive functional support across key PeopleSoft Finance modules including Billing (BI), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Management (AM), General Ledger (GL), and Project Costing (PC). Perform functional analysis, troubleshoot system issues, manage defect resolution, and configure modules based on business needs and PeopleSoft best practices.

Upgrades & Enhancements
Possess hands‑on experience with PeopleSoft PUM (PeopleSoft Update Manager) for applying updates, patches, and feature upgrades. Conduct detailed impact analysis, perform fit‑gap assessments for new functionalities, recommend process improvements, and support customization and enhancement activities to align with enterprise requirements.

Integration & Data Management
Lead and coordinate cross‑module and cross‑system integrations to ensure smooth end‑to‑end data flow. Oversee legacy data migration activities, data uploads, and reconciliation efforts. Collaborate with technical teams to support interface design and development. Maintain data quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout cutover and in steady-state operations.

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Strong PeopleSoft Financials functional experience.
  • Proven experience in full lifecycle implementation projects.
  • Expertise in BI, AR, AP, AM, GL, and Project Costing modules.
  • Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft PUM upgrades.
  • Hands-on experience of ITIL framework and processes
  • Strong integration and interface design experience.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead workshops and guide cross-functional teams.
