Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Technology (Btech) or a related field. - 5-8 years of experience in AEM development, with a strong focus on AEM 6.0 and Adobe Experience Cloud. - Proven experience as an AEM Forms Developer. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Adobe CQ and its integration with other Adobe products. - Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage client expectations effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks to enhance AEM capabilities. Good to have skills: Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, RESTful services, Agile methodologies. - Lead the development and implementation of AEM solutions, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize Adobe Experience Cloud applications. - Develop custom components and templates using AEM 6.0 and Adobe CQ, enhancing user experience and site performance. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to AEM Forms and related technologies.
