THE WORK: As an AGBG Operations Analyst, you play a central role in driving the operational engine of the Accenture Google Business Group. You ensure data accuracy, deliver actionable insights, and support forecasting, pipeline tracking, and cross functional coordination across sales, delivery, marketing, and customer success. This role places you at the core of a fast growing global business, enabling scale, agility, and impact. Reporting & Analytics: Prepare, maintain, and improve dashboards, trackers, and operational reports for key metrics including pipeline health, forecasting, revenue, bookings, utilization, and delivery performance. Operational Cadence Support: Support the rhythm of global operational cycles, including pre-close analysis, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), productivity reviews, and other governance sessions. Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and timely data in key internal systems (e.g., MMS, QSO, MyScheduling), ensuring data quality and compliance with governance guidelines. Performance Insights: Conduct analysis to identify key trends, risks, variances, and actionable insights to inform leadership and support strategic decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Delivery, Sales, Finance, and Workforce Management teams to consolidate inputs for global reporting and forecasting. Global Readiness Support: Assist in tracking demand signals, hiring plans, new joiner onboarding status, and delivery team readiness to support our growth. Executive Communication: Support the creation of compelling presentation decks for leadership meetings, including data visualization, formatting, and aligning content with the core storyline. Special Projects: Provide ad-hoc support on special projects, operational improvement initiatives, and other business performance needs as they arise. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (12 years’ experience) in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. 1–4 years of experience in an operation, analytics, PMO, or business reporting role. Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, or similar tools, with high attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent communication skills, highly organized and able to manage priorities in a fast‑paced, global environment. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Experience with Accenture operational processes and systems (e.g., MMS, QSO, MyScheduling, Power BI). Familiarity with Cloud, Alliances, or Google-focused business portfolios operations, including sales, marketing, and delivery in a fast-paced consulting environment. Ability to analyze and interpret trends from large, complex datasets and produce concise, clear insights.
