Agentic AI Automation Lead

• Good verbal & written communication skills – articulate value of AI to business, project managers & other team members • Ability to break complex problem into smaller problems and create hypothesis. • Innovation and experimentation • Academic background - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field. • Experience with LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar agent frameworks • Architect and implement agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution. • Integrate AI agents with enterprise automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate). • Design multi-agent workflows for complex business processes using LLMs, RPA, and orchestration tools. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and translate them into agentic solutions. • Ensure ethical, secure, and compliant deployment of AI agents in production environments. • Mentor junior automation engineers and contribute to thought leadership in agentic AI. • Proven experience in intelligent automation, RPA, and AI/ML integration. • Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts (e.g., goal-oriented agents, memory, planning, tool use). • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages used in automation. • Familiarity with orchestration tools, vector databases, and prompt engineering. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
