JOB POSITION

• Seeking a highly creative and meticulous Senior Data Analyst who will be responsible for all design requirements for our leader communications.  
• The incumbent will report to Manager – Communications and must understand the design process, liaising with multiple stakeholders to understand the brief and deliver all in-house design requirements, apart from coordinating with external agencies to ensure brand guidelines are followed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• The Senior Data Analyst plays a critical role in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.
• This role involves advanced data analysis, visualization, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to address high-impact business challenges.
• The analyst also contributes to data governance, quality assurance, and process optimization initiatives.
• Data Extraction, Cleansing, and Manipulation
• Advanced SQL and query optimization
• Data Visualization using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel
• Cloud platforms such as AWS and Snowflake
• Python programming for statistical modeling and predictive analytics
• Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
• Develop predictive models and perform statistical analysis using Python
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with governance standards
• Lead and support data-driven projects, providing evidence-based recommendations to guide business strategy
• Translate technical findings into clear, business-friendly insights and presentations

QUALIFICATION

• Masters’ or Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Master’s in business administration
• SAFe Agile Certifications

EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of Systems Analyst/Business Analyst experience that includes knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• Strong knowledge of how to employ analytical tools and using them for measuring product performance and relevant application metrics.
• 5-7 years of total IT experience, all in Data Analytics
• Experience in defining and managing the scope of Systems projects.
