Job Details: 

• Regular inspection & Testing of incoming construction materials (Cement, Concrete, Steel,  Aggregates & other construction materials) 
• Responsible for preparation of method statements & checklists as per BOQ & ITP.  
• Responsible for implementation & maintenance of quality management systems, Documentation  (SOP) & Quality control of site construction works (RCC & Finishing).  
• Responsible for Stage wise inspection of ongoing construction activities to conform as per QA/QC  Norms and final inspection of the ready construction activities.  
• To monitor QC procedures for concrete mix, RMC operations, etc. and to carryout internal / external  testing / Lab operations.  
• Ensuring that Customer complaints & Non Conformities of Quality Audits are closed in time.  
• Prepare reports & quality records in compliance with procedures, control measuring & test  equipment's, as required to ensure accuracy.  
• To conduct internal audits for sites and suggest areas of concerns. To conduct system audits for other  sites to ensure SOPs/method statements are adhered at project sites.  
• To identify non-conformities & root causes and to review corrections/rectifications, corrective  actions & preventive actions initiated by the project execution team. Monitor the disposition of all  issued non-conformance reports.  
• To develop training plan based on upcoming and on- going execution activities and coordinate with  Quality Manager for implementation.  
• To provide technical support and inputs to Regional functions such as Contracts (For technical  specifications, methodologies etc.), Procurement (Material requirements, testing, Vendor technical  evaluation etc.), Engineering Design and any other function.
