AI Delivery Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership:
  • Manage automation and AI project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
  • Develop project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and track progress against OKRs.
• Technical Delivery Management:
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts, and AI/ML engineers to deliver solutions on platforms like UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, and AI frameworks.
  • Guide the technical scoping, design, and integration efforts for process automation, document intelligence, agentic AI bots, and decisioning workflows.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business units, IT, and leadership teams.
  • Translate business needs into technical deliverables, ensuring alignment on priorities, risks, and benefits.
• Quality & Risk Management:
  • Implement governance, testing, and deployment best practices to ensure reliable, compliant automation outcomes.
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and change control.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay current with automation, AI, and agentic AI trends.
  • Champion reusability, scalability, and best practices within the COE.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing technical projects, preferably in automation, RPA, AI/ML, or digital transformation.
• Hands-on exposure to UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate/Power Apps, or equivalent automation platforms.
• Understanding of AI concepts like NLP, document understanding, LLMs, and agentic frameworks is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Agile certification (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master) is desirable.

 

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience working in a COE or Center of Excellence model.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and API integrations.
• A mindset for continuous learning, collaboration, and value-driven delivery.
