We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of intelligent, scalable, and secure AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in machine learning, agentic AI systems, and cloud-based AI development, with a strong foundation in data science and a passion for innovation.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or quantitative field from an accredited institution.
• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Bioinformatics, Physics, Operations Research, or related fields is preferred.

Must-Have Skills and Experience

Generative AI(Gen AI)

• Mandatory: Exposure to Generative AI and Retriever-Augmented Generation (RAG) use cases 
• Mandatory: Prompt Engineering for LLM-based solutions

Cloud AI Development

• Hands-on AI/ML experience on any one of the major cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP

Core AI & Data Science

• Strong mathematical foundation with the ability to interpret algorithms both intuitively and analytically
• Excellent communication skills; ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions
• Proficient in Python and SQL; experience with open-source libraries and enterprise-grade tools
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts

Good-to-Have Skills

Agentic AI & Automation

• Experience in Autonomous Agent Development
• Workflow Automation and orchestration of intelligent systems
• Multi-agent orchestration for complex task execution
• LLMOps and Model Deployment
• Fine-tuning and Customization of Foundation Models
• Development of Multi-modal AI Applications (e.g., combining text, image, audio)

Data Science: Associate Consultant

Experience: 3+ years

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in technical or quantitative field from an accredited college or university (Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Bioinformatics, Physics, Operations Research, or related fields is preferred) with 4+ years of relevant experience in Machine Learning, Statistics.
• Strong mathematical background with ability to understand algorithms and methods from a mathematical viewpoint and an intuitive viewpoint.

 

Must have Skills and Experience

• Excellent communication skill and should be able to frame problem statement into analytical approaches
• Strong in exploratory data analyses, generate and test working hypotheses, prepare and analyze historical data and identify patterns.
• Strong programming experience in Python, SQL
• Should have experience of working with Azure and open-source packages & commercial/enterprise applications. 
• Excellent in machine learning, statistical methods, such as regression, classification, clustering, ensemble & tree-based models, time-series analysis with hands on experience on some of them.
• Familiarity with NLP concepts.
• Exposure on Generative AI and retriever augmented generation use cases
