What would you do? The Task Mining Product Owner will lead the development and evolution of the enterprise Task Mining platform, enabling scalable process discovery and operational intelligence. The role will focus on defining the product vision, prioritizing capabilities, and driving the implementation of features that capture user interactions, analyze transaction-level behavior, and generate AI-driven process insights. The resource will work closely with engineering teams, process SMEs, automation teams, and enterprise stakeholders to ensure the product effectively identifies behavioral patterns, process variants, and operational inefficiencies. The role will also support the integration of the task mining platform with enterprise process taxonomy and automation ecosystems to enable data-driven transformation and automation opportunities.
What are we looking for? •We are looking for a strong Product Owner with expertise in Process Mining / Task Mining and enterprise product development who can drive the roadmap for a scalable process intelligence platform. The ideal candidate should have: • Strong product management experience in enterprise software platforms • Good understanding of task mining concepts • Knowledge of desktop telemetry, event logs, and user interaction capture • Experience working with AI/ML-driven analytics or process intelligence solutions • Ability to convert business transformation requirements into product features • Strong stakeholder management across engineering, process excellence, and automation teams • Experience in Agile / Scrum product delivery • 8–12 years of overall experience in product management, process intelligence, or enterprise platforms. • 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in analytics, process mining, automation, or AI-driven enterprise solutions. Preferred background: • Experience working with task mining, process mining, RPA, or automation platforms. • Exposure to AI/ML-based analytics or operational intelligence solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Roadmap • Define the product vision and roadmap for the task mining platform. • Identify opportunities to enhance process discovery, variant detection, and operational analytics. • Prioritize product features aligned with enterprise transformation objectives. Product Development • Work with engineering teams to define functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Manage the product backlog and sprint priorities. • Ensure delivery of scalable and secure product capabilities. Process Intelligence Enablement • Define capabilities for capturing desktop interactions and transaction-level process behavior. • Enable generation of process maps, behavioral variants, and performance metrics. • Support development of AI/ML-based models for pattern detection and process classification. Data and Insights • Ensure the platform generates key operational insights such as: o transaction volumes o average handling time o behavioral patterns o process variants • Work with analytics teams to improve process intelligence capabilities. SME Collaboration and Validation • Work closely with process SMEs to validate AI-generated process maps and insights. • Establish feedback loops to improve model learning and discovery accuracy. Stakeholder Management • Engage with business stakeholders, transformation teams, and automation COEs. • Communicate product progress, roadmap updates, and value realization
