What would you do? You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.,Tech for Operations involves using technology to improve and streamline business operations. This role includes implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities. It also involves analyzing data to optimize performance and ensure efficiency. The goal is to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness through the effective use of technology. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation Understanding of foundational principles and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence AI including concepts, techniques, and tools in order to use AI effectively.
What are we looking for? • Exposure to Generative AI, Agentic AI , multi-agent system, Prompt Engineering, and orchestration frameworks and building agents (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Langgraph) and Microsoft AI foundry/AWS AI/GCP Vertex AI • Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs) • Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras) • Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, Matplotlib, and Seaborn • Experience with deploying AI models using FastAPI, Flask, or gRPC • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and services like SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML, sematic Karnel, Autogen • Understanding of MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, DVC, Kubeflow, CI/CD pipelines) • Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders • Strong business acumen and ability to translate business challenges into AI solutions • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams ________________________________________ • Designing scalable and modular AI architectures • Implementing CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps • Working with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS) for semantic search and RAG pipelines • Applying model optimization techniques (e.g., ONNX, TensorRT, quantization, distillation) • Implementing observability and monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, Arize AI, or WhyLabs • Understanding of responsible AI practices (e.g., fairness, explainability, bias detection)
