AI-ML Tech Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of high-performance, secure, and scalable applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (Business, Product, Development) to understand requirements and translate them into technically sound solutions.
• Design and build scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant AI/ML architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Good understanding of cloud-based AI/ML platforms and services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI Platform).
• Experience with various AI/ML techniques, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Hands-on experience with data pipelines, model training, and deployment processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and develop proof-of-concepts for new AI/ML solutions.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, evaluating and recommending their integration into application development practices.
• Mentor and guide junior technical staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential technical risks and challenges.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of technical standards and best practices.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and participate in relevant community
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
