AI QRM Sr. Manager

We are seeking a Manager to join the Quality and Risk Management team, supporting te KPMG Delivery Network (KDN). Your focus will be on AI Security and Risk Management, ensuring our AI initiatives operate safely, comply with policies, and meet global standards. 

AI Security & Risk Management
• Ensure Compliance: Make sure the KDN AI team and our products follow all relevant KDN and KPMG Global Policies.
• Policy Development: Create security policies specifically for AI, including risk frameworks and models that protect our AI solutions.
• Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute a comprehensive AI security strategy that aligns with business goals and regulations.
• Secure Design: Use secure-by-design principles in AI/ML models to prevent adversarial attacks, reduce bias, and avoid data poisoning.
• Threat Identification: Identify AI-specific threats such as model inversion and prompt injection and establish ways to mitigate these risks.
• Conduct Assessments: Perform threat modeling and security assessments on AI prototypes and MVPs.
• Architectural Guidance: Provide guidance on zero-trust architecture and secure MLOps practices

AI Compliance:
• Risk Management Framework: Develop a global framework to manage AI risks within KDN.
• Workflow and Protocols: Establish processes for approval, compliance, and legal reviews of AI projects.
• Lifecycle Management: Implement secure AI lifecycle management to address risks like model poisoning and data breaches, ensuring compliance with various international regulations like GDPR and HIPAA.
• Documentation: Work with KDN NITSO to submit necessary compliance documentation for AI projects, ensuring risk assessments are completed before deployment.

Educational qualifications
• Qualifications: Graduate or a post graduate degree from Tier 1/Tier 2 institute
Work experience
• Postgraduates: 13+ years of experience.

Technical & Security Experience
• 10+ years in cybersecurity, AI risk, data security, or related fields.
• 5+ years in AI/ML security, model governance, or AI compliance.
• Understanding of MLOps security, AI adversarial threats, and risk frameworks.
• Experience with AI security tools like ModelScan, RobustML, Microsoft Purview, and IBM AI OpenScale.
• Securing ML pipelines, large language models (LLMs), and AI APIs.
• Proficiency in secure coding practices with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain.

Legal & Compliance Experience
• In-depth knowledge of global AI regulations and standards (e.g., EU
AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, GDPR, CCPA).

• Experience in legal assessments of AI bias, fairness, and explainability.
• Familiarity with intellectual property, AI contracts, and risk audits.

Leadership & Advisory Experience
• Experience advising AI development teams, guiding security reviews, and implementing compliance-driven solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex security and legal concepts into practical strategies and business impacts.
• Strong collaboration skills across technology, legal, compliance, and risk management teams
