. 4–10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. . Strong experience working specifically with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM). . Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS, Glide APIs). . Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, UI Policies, Catalog Items, and Workflows. . Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations. . Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies. . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. . Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow CSM applications, including Case Management, Account/Contact Management, SLAs, Entitlements, Service Portals, and Workflows. . Develop custom applications, UI pages, client scripts, business rules, and integration components on ServiceNow. . Customize and maintain CSM portal experiences using Service Portal/Now Experience components. . Implement and manage CSM integrations using APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and web services (REST/SOAP). . Collaborate with product owners, architects, and process managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. . Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing operational support and enhancements. . Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governance. . Develop and maintain technical documentation, design specs, test plans, and release notes. . Support platform upgrades, patching, and performance optimization. . Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption and continuous improvement of CSM capabilities.
