The KPMG Powered Enterprise offering enables business transformation within Enterprise business functions through the use of Cloud technologies. The Powered solution covers the following functions: Financials, Procurement, HCM, EPM, Supply Chain Management, IT, and Customer, i.e. Sales, Service, Marketing, and Commerce. It is a pre-defined enterprise solution built across SaaS vendor platforms, such as: Oracle, Workday, Microsoft, SAP, ServiceNow, Coupa, Salesforce, Ivalua, SailPoint and Okta.

KPMG is currently seeking an Analyst, to join our Global Powered Enterprise team. Powered Enterprise is our key service offering for business transformation in the cloud that brings an integrated, market-leading solution to transform business functions such as Finance, Enterprise Performance Management, Human Resources, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Sales and Service, and Information Technology. Powered Enterprise is built on years of KPMG’s leading practice knowledge of business processes, delivery methodologies, operating models, and deep industry experience. It provides clients with a pre-defined set of business functions and pre-configured cloud technologies, enabling them to successfully navigate change. Powered Enterprise is comprised of the Powered Target Operating Model (TOM), Powered Execution Suite, and Managed Services.
Global Powered Method is a team dedicated to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the Powered Enterprise methodology, which includes the journeys for each technology platform and their associated assets. This includes the continued enhancements and additions for the current platforms, as well as any new platforms, to ensure that the Powered Enterprise Solutions are consistently represented, and the prescribed deliverables adhere to Powered Enterprise guideline.
This individual will be a part of the Methods team interacting closely with the SaaS, Method, PES and Content Management teams.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting Powered team leads with the development of a new Journey to create Journey space on OneIntranet, populating content received from KPMG authoring team and processing documents for the new Journey that will be uploaded on OneIntranet.
- Processing and sanitizing platform specific documents (MS Word, Excel, PPT, MPP, Visio and PDF) as per the pre-defined guidelines. This constitutes to the majority of the work that will be done in this role
- Understanding and documenting business requirements and performing analysis on the Powered Method and Journeys in order to find-out meaningful insights primarily using MS Excel
- Understanding of SharePoint on which the Powered Method and all Powered Journeys framework is built
- Stakeholder Management – A key part of the role is keeping stakeholders engaged and up-to-date with progress and content, while also remaining true to the program goals and vision. This role will require regular touch-points with onshore stakeholders
- Manage and resolve on-going queries from various stakeholder groups / content SMEs on usage of the product

80% Processing of Powered Journey assets incl. getting resolution from Platforms SMPs on any asset related questions 20% Managing deployment related activities such as getting resolution from Platforms SMPs on any asset related questions, uploading assets on One Intranet and adding labels, maintain guidelines etc.

Graduate/ Post graduate qualification
Prior Experience:
0 to 2 years of experience in the field of document sanitization/ knowledge management, delivering professional services in a Research/Consulting/Advisory discipline, preferably from a reputed Consulting, Big 4, or related professional services firms
Skills required:
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools especially MS Excel, Word, PPT and Visio
- Strong analytical skills and consultative approach / mind set – should be able to understand the requirement, analyze content / information, establish right connects / correlation, and present the findings in client ready format with Executive summary
- Knowledge of SharePoint tool will be an added advantage
- Good communication & stakeholder management skills
- Basic understanding of business / technology transformation engagement ecosystem (strategy through execution). For example, Strategy, Target Operating Model, Technology/ERP Implementations will be helpful
